Denis is a Gray’s Inn barrister, lecturer and legal trainer. He leads our legal services team that offers consulting and training to legal firms, lawyers and counsel. Amanda has consulting experience in leadership development, operational effectiveness and strategic business management. She has extensive experience in transformational change programmes across multiple industry sectors, in both the B2B and B2C markets. As well as being our Company Secretary, Yvonne leads our Voluntary and Charity sector team. This provides consulting and training focused on assisting all businesses in these sectors to deliver their strategies, revitalise their employee, customer and operations processes and systems and align these with vision, values and regulatory standards. Yvonne is based in London.

Katerina is our liaison and relationship partner. With her background as an international relations executive and department manager responsible for the internationalisation of Kyiv National Economic University she has vast experience in managing multi-national and multi-disciplinary teams on international funded projects and developing relations with local corporates and government departments. Based in Hamburg and Kyiv, Katerina is our consultant lead on projects in Central and Eastern Europe.

Lena is our business English coach and trainer with extensive experience of delivering workshops and presenting at IATEFL conferences in the Ukraine, UK, Germany and Austria. She supports our work helping our clients master soft skills and intercultural communication. Lena is based in Kyiv.

Matthew joined as an intern in 2018, came back as a Research Analyst in 2019 and in 2022 joined us as our ESG+D Partner. An ESG+Digitilisation Analyst and business developer, he conducts policy / market research supporting bilateral partner engagement and handles submissions and processes related to investment funding. He also undertakes strategic engagement and provides specialist input to develop co-financed UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG) products and services. Matthew is based in London.
